The story behind Dream DIR
Rachel Blumenfeld, the founder of Dream DIR, has built and scaled multiple therapy agencies. She spent years in care management, sitting with parents during their most overwhelming moments and helping them navigate systems that felt impossible.
She kept hearing the same thing: This shouldn’t be so hard.
Parents wanted clear answers, not runarounds. They wanted to start quickly without sacrificing quality. And they wanted therapists who saw their whole child, not just behaviors to fix.
With Rachel’s background in business and operations, she saw exactly where the system was failing families. So she rebuilt it. She streamlined every step, cut out unnecessary barriers, and created efficient processes.
Dream DIR is the result. It’s a DIR/Floortime therapy agency where families get started quickly. Play-based therapy meets real structure, and parents feel supported instead of stuck.
